Data Deletion Request

Flex 365 Storage LLC respects reasonable requests to delete personal information, subject to legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and operational retention requirements.

What You Can Ask Us To Delete

Depending on your relationship with us, we may be able to delete:

  • Website inquiry submissions and lead records
  • Marketing contact preferences
  • Non-essential communication history
  • Internal notes that are not required for ongoing service, billing, or legal compliance

What We May Need To Keep

We may retain certain records when required for legitimate business or legal reasons, including:

  • Executed rental agreements and related account records
  • Payment, billing, tax, and transaction records
  • Fraud, abuse, security, or dispute-related records
  • Records needed to comply with legal obligations or resolve claims

Before You Request Deletion

If you are an active customer, full deletion may affect your ability to manage your account, receive support, or maintain a documented rental history. If you only want to stop marketing emails or texts, ask us to update your communication preferences instead.

How To Request Deletion

Email info@flex365storage.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request and include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address and phone number you used with us
  • A short description of the information you want deleted
  • Any relevant rental or inquiry details that help us identify your records

Identity Verification

To protect customer privacy, we may ask for reasonable verification before completing a deletion request.

Timing

We aim to review and respond to verified requests within a reasonable period. Timing may vary depending on the scope of the request and whether records must be retained.

Important Consequences

Once deleted, some information may not be recoverable. Deletion can limit future customer support, record lookups, reservation history, or account restoration.
