How do I rent a unit?
Browse units online, then contact the Flex 365 team to confirm availability and reserve your space. We will walk you through sizing and access setup.
Do I need a long-term contract?
No. Self-storage is month-to-month. Flex space and warehouse leases are flexible. Talk with the team about terms that fit your situation.
What can I store?
Household goods, business inventory, electronics, documents, vehicles, and most personal items. We do not allow hazardous materials, perishables, or living things.
How do I know what size I need?
Our size guide pairs each unit with real-world examples. When in doubt, size up. The team can also recommend a fit based on what you are storing.

When can I access my unit?
Members get 24/7 gate-code access. Office hours are available for sign-ups, support, and questions.
How is the facility secured?
Gated entry, camera coverage, controlled access, and on-site presence keep the facility protected day and night.
Do I need my own lock?
You can bring your own or pick one up at the office. The team can recommend a lock that fits the unit you choose.

How does billing work?
Self-storage is billed monthly. You can pay online or set up auto-pay so you never miss a cycle.
Can I change unit size later?
Yes. If you need to size up or down, talk with the team and we will move you to a unit that fits.
What happens if I move out?
Just give the team a heads up. Move out, return the lock, and you are done.

Are units climate-controlled?
Climate-controlled units are available. They are recommended for electronics, wood furniture, photos, documents, and anything sensitive to humidity.
What about hurricanes?
Our facilities are designed with Puerto Rico realities in mind. Generator backup keeps wine storage at conditions during outages, and our buildings are built to weather storms.
Do you offer wine storage?
Yes. Cellar-stable wine storage at 55°F with humidity management and generator backup.
